COMMENTS - No rodent droppings found during inspection - continue cleaning - facility in excellent sanitary condition today! - Facility in GOOD sanitary condition - Pest program in place - Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius - Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius - All prepackaged, non-potentially hazardous food items stored in up off floor minimum 6 inches in back area and in front - All baby food and baby formula that were randomly checked were found to be within expiration dates - Trap has been added to food area underneath shelves in back area - Dry storage items (candy, snacks, etc.) have been contained to pest proof containers - No droppings observed on front shelves; sticky trap observed on bottom shelf of candy aisle - excellent! - The two missing traps to exterior doors of dry storage area have been added back - excellent! NOTE: A few chocolate bar boxes need to be added to pest proof containers. Please ensure staff are diligent about placing open stock into pest proof containers
