Comments

Follow-up inspection to the routine from February 12, 2020 (RPT#: BLQVQ3). Deficiencies from previous routine inspection have all been addressed and no repeat deficiencies were observed. The following was noted at time of inspection:

Salad cooler now maintains 3C (top & bottom)
Probed tomatoes and toppings inside the salad cooler were at an internal temperature of 3-4C. You may now use the salad cooler to store potentially hazardous foods
Soda nozzles and trays were in improved sanitary condition
Managers have instructed staff members to not place utensils and ladles on the lower rack at the warewashing area to avoid contact with the QUATS concentrate. Ladles were placed on upper racks at time of inspection - good
Meat slicer was maintained in excellent sanitary condition
