Back door screen door latch requires repair. Wind observed blowing screen door open

Routine inspection conducted due to a complaint received with respect to premises maintenance
Cleaning overall is much better as was requested in the report on March 16. Ensure staff are following the daily cleaning procedures as outlined in your sanitation plan.
Dishwasher at 120F and approx. 75 ppm chlorine. Soap dispensed into wash cycle
Hot water available at the tap.
*A hot water tank with larger capacity may be required if premises finds it is running out of hot water when doing multiple runs of the dishwasher (as per complaint)
Sink by ice machine not observed to be leaking
All cold holding equipment observed to be cold holding at <4c
Ice machine (Top side) observed to be clean
