Sanitizer was at 200 ppm bleach solution in bucket to store wiping rags.
Cleaning improvements noted; submit updated cleaning schedule
Operator mentioned all staff have foodsafe level 1
Food was covered properly in walk i cooler.
Hand sinks had liquid soap and paper towels.
Temp. log were available.
Repairs overall completed.
