- All handwashing stations are equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer available; ensure to be more diligent with changing out sanitizer and follow the time stamps
- 200ppm QUAT detected in the dispenser at dishwashing sink
- Coolers measured <4C and were equipped with thermometers
- Freezers measured <-18C
- Walk-in coolers were maintained in a sanitary manner; no mould/dust noted
- Foods were stored off of floor (on crates)
- Dry storage area was maintained
- No pest activity noted at the time of inspection. Reviewed the most recent pest control service report.
- Reviewed temperature checking and switching out of foods. There is a designated employee who checks temperatures.
- Hot held food were kept >60C
- Ice scoops and other utensils are kept in a sanitary manner
- General sanitation is satisfactory
