Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CW3QUR: No cooling observed at time of inspection. Reminder to using cooling wands, ice baths, splitting into smaller containers, using shallow pans, etc. to facilitate cooling. Raita stored at or below 4 degrees C. Reminder staff that inserts in the non refrigerated unit to be submerged in adequate amount of ice. All cold potentially hazardous foods must be kept at or below 4 degrees C. Bar hand sink and staff washroom hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Scoops and other dispensing utensils stored outside of dry products. Damaged section of back door repaired. Permit posted at front entrance.
