Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level. Chlorine stock bottle observed to be empty and operator switched the bottle at the time. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer measured from the plate level after the switching.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all utensils and plates in the kitchen manually or through the dishwasher. Ensure chemical stock bottles are checked frequently and changed if required.

- Glass door cooler not functioning and only bottle waters were stored inside.
- Stand-up freezer functional.
- Hot food hot held above 60C.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in spray bottle.
- Food and equipment stored off the ground.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed at the time.
- Temperature records not maintained. Ensure to maintain temperature records for coolers and freezer on a daily basis.
