Chlorine stock bottle observed to be empty and operator switched the bottle at the time. 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer measured from the plate level after the switching. Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all utensils and plates in the kitchen manually or through the dishwasher. Ensure chemical stock bottles are checked frequently and changed if required.
