Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rice noodles (small size and vermicelli) and oil found stored in ECOLAB chemical buckets. Rice noodles and oil were discarded by operator at time of inspection. FOOD MUST NOT BE STORED IN CHEMICAL CONTAINERS. Food must be protected from contamination at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Found whole eggs and cooked meat sitting out at room temperature. Both these food items had been sitting out for an hour. These food items were moved back into the cooler at time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cloths in kitchen and front service area found sitting on counters. Sanitizer buckets were available. Cloths were placed in buckets of 100 ppm bleach sanitizer at time of inspection. THIS IS A REPEAT VIOLATION. Further non-compliance may result in issuance of orders and/or violation tickets. **Cloths are to be stored in sanitizer bucket when not in use.

2. No scoops found in containers with bulk food items.
3. Rice scoop stored in stagnant water. Ice bath for ice scoop was prepared at time of inspection.
4. Various food items in coolers observed without lids. Lids were placed on food items at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): 1 & 2. Obtain lids and scoops for bulk food items to prevent contamination of these food items. Correction date: 2 days

Low temperature dishwasher had 50 ppm bleach. Verified with test strip. Operator has test strips on-site.
Ice machine appears clean.
Ventilation hood recently serviced. Next service scheduled in December.
Washrooms adequately stocked.
Permit posted in conspicuous location.
General sanitation acceptable.

Note:
Some ant activity noticed at back of restaurant. Thoroughly clean hard to reach areas. Contact pest control company, if ant issue continues.
