Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Minor accumulation of mould observed inside on ice machine located by back door. Mould may fall into ice, contaminate it, and cause foodborne illnesses
Corrective Action(s): Clean the ice machine in a manner that is free of mould. Frequently inspect the machine for presence of mould

Observation: Few numbers of rodent droppings observed underneath on over, prep table and dry storage rack in dry storage area. Pest control service attended every month, but the pest control report not kept on site. Rodent infestation in food prep areas may contaminate food items, equipment, utensils, and other food contact surfaces, and cause foodborne illnesses.

Corrective Action(s): Remove the droppings, clean the area and spray the affected area with 1000ppm bleach.(4 tsp of bleach in 1L of water). Then, continue to monitor for pest activities and ensure that all food items are stored off floor. If the rodent infestation does not improve or become severe, call the professional pest control company for an inspection.
