-Dishwasher and drain boards have been switched -sneeze guards installed at bar area -Drying racks overhead of 2-compartment sink -New construction plans reflecting the changes received. -Permit fee CQ received # 88468393 -All construction must be completed + food contact surfaces cleaned and sanitized and materials removed from premise before food storage/preparation begins. -->Still to do before planned opening on next Monday -bar thermometers at food level for all fridges -Washrooms floors epoxy covering -2-compartment sink siliconed to wall to prevent water ingress. -sanitizer buckets for sani-cloth towels Premise okay to open conditional the above is corrected prior to opening
