Routine inspection:
-coolers at 4C or less at time of inspection
-baked goods display cooler at 3C at time of inspection, this was the cooler that was running high, staff informed that temperature is now reading between 2 and 4C consistently
-continue to monitor temperatures of all coolers
***remove equipment that is no longer used and personal items in the food prep/kitchen area
