Routine inspection at new warehouse: All food products stored off the floor. Pest control services in place. No evidence of pest activity at time of inspection. Flooring and lighting adequate. Walk in cooler at 4 degrees C. No cold potentially hazardous foods stored. Only imported whole fruits/vegetables. Walk in freezer at -19 degrees C. Note: premise is not approved for repackaging at this time. Revised floor plans for the packaging area (include the locations of the 2 compartment sink and designated hand sink) to be submitted to health department.
