Follow up to inspection # GNAH-CU4U2B - Food premises has been thoroughly cleaned, sanitized and maintained. Kitchen floor noted free of food debris and build ups. Please ensure to continue following your sanitation plan and pest management & control plan. - Possible mice entries noted blocked with steel wool. - Traps noted under equipment, dish pit and through out the kitchen. - Operator stated cleaning and vacuuming dining rooms have been routinely done. No other concerns noted at this date
