Items corrected 1.) Temperature logsheets are available and being maintained. No issues in cold holding unit's temperatures observed. 2.) FOODSAFE Level 1 certified staff was available on site during the inspection (Owner was onsite). * Manager already/ registered for FOODSAFE Level 1 training. NOTES: 1.) QUATS are being used for sanitizing food contact surfaces. QUAT sanitizer bucket was available during the inspection. In use wiping cloths were properly soaked in the sanitizer bucket. 2.) All milk products are being stored in the prep cooler.
