Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Potentially hazardous foods (chicken, cooked vegetables, lunch menu items) in hot holding standing unit noted at 45-50C. Foods were prepared for lunch and displayed for less than 2 hours in hot holding inserts. Operator moved foods to a unit capable of storing potentially hazardous foods at 60C or above. Foods stored in standing unit must be time-stamped for 2 hours and discarded until noted unit is serviced or replaced.
