- Recommended that food inserts be kept half full in order to have foods at 4C or colder
- The plastic cover on the keyboard mounted on the wall near prep area is dirty and needs to be replaced. Please ensure that the keyboard is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis
- Please ensure that sauces are stored according to the manufacturer's instructions. The alfredo sauce was on the counter and should be in the freezer or in the fridge while not in use
- Please ensure that all foods in cooler are properly covered in order to prevent cross-contamination
- Please ensure permit is posted in a prominent position for customers to see
- QUATS sanitizer at 400 ppm
- All handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- No signs of pests
- All coolers at 4C or less
- FIFO procedures in use
- General sanitation was good
