Routine inspection
- Handsink fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Staff will prepare bleach surface sanitizer prior to food preparation.
- Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach is available. Please wash, rinse and sanitize dishes in 100ppm bleach sanitizer (1 teaspoon (roughly 1 cap) of bleach in 1L of water or 1 teaspoon per gallon of water). Dishes should be air-dried after sanitizing.
- Cooler measured to be at 4C or less. One cooler not in use. Staff indicated that they will have it repaired before use.
- Standing freezer measured to be at -18C or less.
- Ventilation hood in sanitary condition.
- No pest activity detected during time of inspection.
- Premises only uses the kitchen 14 times per year


Note:
1. NSF residential high temperature dishwasher available but not in use. Staff indicated they will have it repaired prior to use. Staff will handwash dishes in the meantime until the dishwasher has been fixed.
2. Please send health inspector a copy of your valid and current FOODSAFE Level I or equivalent certificate
