Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Chlorine sanitizer solution observed well above 200 ppm. Chlorine test strip used was bleached to white.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer was discarded and staff were shown how to make a 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution using 1 tsp of bleach to 1 litre of water. Follow manufactures directions on label. Ensure chlorine solution is maintained at 200 ppm or below to prevent chemical contamination.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two large garbage observed obstructing hand sink in back prep area. Can had to be removed to wash hands.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the hand sink is not obstructed so staff can wash their hands regularly.

Observation: 1. Staff drink thermos stored on baking tray on shelf beside vegetables being prepared by staff.
2. Buckets of cut carrots and radishes stored directly on the floor in walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. CDI - Drink was removed. Ensure all staff items (including drinks) are stored away from customer food and food contact services to prevent cross contamination.
2. Ensure all food is stored at least 6 inches of the floor to prevent cross contamination.

Observation: REPEAT: No staff on site during inspection has FoodSafe Level 1 in operators absence.

- Two functional sink plugs are not available for use. Find/Replace sink plugs immediately.
- Clean/remove dust build-up on wall above shelving in walk-in cooler.
