-Under counter prep cooler was at 4C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Front display cooler was at 3C.
-Under counter freezer was at -14C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 75C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach spray bottles labelled and tested at 100ppm.
-Foods by the cash register covered and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Operator FoodSafe Level 1 valid until March 15, 2023.
*Operator may add sandwiches to the facility. Prior to adding sandwiches, ensure a revised food safety plan is submitted and health approval is granted.
*Operator was observed bring two frozen trays of Sans Rival from her car. Operator stated these were stored at home due to insufficient space in the premise. Items cannot be stored at home - there is no way to determine whether the products are stored in a sanitary manner. Items were removed from the facility at the time of inspection.
