Required premise cleaning has been completed around bar ice machine and kitchen dishwasher, premise sanitation restored to a satisfactory level. Pest control reports indicate rodent population has been reduced, previous report shows one mouse caught. Upon commencing operation sanitation must be maintained on a daily basis throughout the entire premise and weekly pest control report action items are to be acted upon when provided. Further cleaning and pest proofing of ceiling cavity is to be completed when pest control service is ready to proceed, based on future pest observations. Conditions of closure order have been completed. Order is rescinded and premise may re-open.
