Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Wooden desk was being used to cut jackfruit. Jackfruit was discarded during inspection
Corrective Action(s): A designated area with a hand washing station and cutting boards made from a non-porous, durable, and easily cleanable material is required for any cutting of fruits. Submit floors plans for this area or do not cut any produce.
