Hot water supply restored. Backflow preventer was found to be dysfunctional but has been repaired and tested - good Hot water available at handsinks, dishwasher wash temperature gauge indicated wash temperature of 60 degrees C. Cloths removed from oil bottle and frying pan - good Cutting board has been refinished - good Ceiling tiles and cooler doors, as well as dry storage has been cleaned - good Correction order rescinded. Facility may begin operations and open for business.
