Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Whipped butters, half bottle of table syrup and creamers observed to be stored at room tempertature. On the package the manufacture indicated all of mentioned products have to be stored at refrigerated temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Around 30 packs of whipped butter, the half bottle of table syrup and around 20 creamers were discarded. Follow manufacture's instruction on storing food items.

Routine inspection:
- Stand-up cooler at 3C.
- Bar cooler at 1C.
- Serving area bar cooler not in use. No food items were stored inside.
- Stand-up freezer functional.
- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quaternary ammonium available in spray bottle.
- 50 ppm chlorine dispensed from the low temperature dishwasher at the plate level.
- Food products stored off the ground and organized.
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- No pest activities observed.
