Comments

A follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CNN29U and the following observations were made:
- Inserts no longer observed on top of inserts
- Ice scoop maintained in a clean and sanitary manner
- Temperature logs maintained but only for one cooler. Ensure to keep temperature logs for all coolers and freezers.
- Ensure to educate new employees on sanitation practices in the kitchen
