Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C49UFL.
All infractions in report#JCHY-C49UFL have been corrected.
-COVID-19 Safety Plan indicated maximum occupancy limit.
-Signage posted at the front door advising patrons not to enter if they display COVID-19 symptoms.
-Handwashing sign posted within the facility.
-Handwashing sink at the back kitchen area clear from obstruction. All handwashing stations well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Low-temperature dishwasher measured at 50ppm chlorine.
-Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 200ppm available at the sushi bar and back kitchen area to sanitize food contact surfaces.
-Chopped vegetables observed to be stored in a refrigeration unit able to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. All stand-up coolers and prep coolers measured at 4C. Stand-up freezers measured at -18C.
