Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Single use rolls of towels are being stored throughout facility ontop of work surfaces. No single use towels are noted in a dispenser.

Observation: Clean and organize area below ovens/shelving - grease leak noted? Single use cutlery noted stored on floor between refrigeration units.
Corrective Action(s): Clean shelving and repair grease leak. Relocate single use cutlery off of floors.

Observation: Handwash stations not adequately supplied.
Corrective Action(s): Provide single use towels/liquid soap, in dispensers at dishsinks for staff to access. Towel/soap dispenser are to be conveniently located for staff to access. Currently, staff are grabbing rolls of towels from ontop of prep lines.
