Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No hot water at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Operator stated that hot water tank often is overloaded during busy period and turns offs. This is unacceptable. A restaurant must have adequate supply of hot & cold water at all times. Operator is to upgrade hot water tank to a larger unit or add an additional hot water unit to ensure there is always hot water in adequate supply and pressure. See correction order.

At time of inspection operator turned hot water tank back on and hot water was available at taps.
