Comments

Routine Inspection Handwashing sink stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. Quats sanitizer in spray bottle registered at 200 ppm. High temperature dishwasher registered at least 71 C on the plate surface during the final rinse. Walk-in cooler at 4 C or below. Serveries were not inspected at the time of inspection as lunch service was already completed. This will be inspected at a follow-up inspection.
