Observation: The operator has opened a second takeout restaurant called "Noon and Reyhoon" in the same kitchen and has indicated that they would like to operate this restaurant as a second business. The following must be submitted to Fraser Health to continue operating the business:
-An application for health approval form.
-A menu
-A Food Safety and Sanitation Plan
-The operator's FoodSafe Level 1 certificate
-A final inspection is required and the permit fee will be paid during this inspection.

Comments

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level.
Quats sanitizer was tested at 200 ppm.
Bleach sanitizer was also available at 100 ppm.
No evidence of pests. Pest control is on site regularly.
The ice machine was clean.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
