Temperature of refrigeration units are satisfactory. Handwashing stations are satisfactory. Temperature of the dishwasher is satisfactory. Reseal with gap between the counter and the sink. The sealant (silicone) should have a smooth surface. More thorough cleaning of the kitchen is needed (tops of containers, back walls...etc).
