All coolers were < 4 C. All freezers were < -18 C. No evidence of pests. Pest control comes onsite monthly. Washroom hand sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. 2-compartment sink used for washing vegetables. All food is stored off the ground. General sanitation was satisfactory.
