- Retail items are stored directly on the ground preventing area from being thoroughly cleaned.
Corrective Action(s): - Thoroughly clean hard to reach areas in the back room and in all other areas in the premises (e.g. under retail shelves and display coolers, etc.)
- Rotate pallets frequently so that all areas can be cleaned.
- Do not store retail items directly on the ground. All items must be stored at least 6" (15 cm) off the ground to facilitate cleaning and pest control monitoring.

1. WASH cutting boards and knives with dish soap and warm water.
2. RINSE cutting boards and knives.
3. SANITIZE cutting boards and knives with 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizing solution. (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water)
4. AIR DRY
