• Upright beverage cooler measures at 14 degrees C. No potentially hazardous food items were stored in this cooler and operators are aware of the elevated temperature.
• Walk-in refrigeration unit measures 4 degrees C or lower.
• Front prep cooler measures 4 degrees C or lower.
• Deep freezer units measure -18 degrees C or lower.
• Hand sink supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use disposable paper towels.
• 3-compartment sink available for manual ware washing.
• Sanitizer measured at 100ppm chlorine in sanitizing bucket.
• General sanitation is satisfactory.
• No signs of pests at time of inspection.
• Licensed pest control services are in place.
• FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent requirement met.
