Comments

Closure order issued due to equipment failure. See #302 and #205. Premise can not operate safely with dishwasher not sanitizing, or with fridges not maintaining required temperatures. Follow up inspection planned for later in the day. Call for re-inspection.

Other observations:
Premise is adequately clean and organized.
Spray sanitizer is 200 ppm quats.
No sign of pests.
Hand sink is stocked and working.
Walk in fridge behind bar is 3 Celsius.
Glass washer sanitizer was 100 ppm final rinse.
