Storage Temperatures o Cold holding Coolers are below 4C o Cold holding Freezers are below -18C Water Buffalo milk is pasteurized at Nanak, Surrey, BC Beef Jerky is from Gunter's on Vancouver Island, BC Receipts are kept on site and items are from approved sources and suppliers. Reviewed temperature logs and records. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. Staff change area and hand hygiene area is provided for staff. Public washrooms are fully supplied for hand hygiene and appear clean.
