Follow up inspection to the report #JGUU-CAP23H conducted: Spongy non-slip lining materials removed from the draining shelves that stores clean blender jars. This material is still in use for the shelf above; however, it is cleaned and sanitized regularly. Work order is placed to fix the ice machine door and slopped draining shelves. Hand washing station was not obstructed at this time. Ice used to store in-use utensils. Signature was not collected due to COVID 19.
