Observation: Spray bottle behind the bar contained an unidentified solution. "Bleach" was written on the bottle but chlorine, QUATS and hydrogen peroxide test strips could not determine a concentration.
Corrective Action(s): All chemicals used on site must be clearly labeled to prevent accidental mixing of chemicals potentially creating toxins.

> Facility open daily, weekdays in evenings around 5pm, weekends earlier afternoon.

Temperature Control
> Keg cooler: 0C
> Mini fridge: 7C (only canned beverages stored, no PHF)
> Standup cooler (R): 3C
> Standup cooler (L): 20C (not plugged in, used as dry storage only non-perishables). Once perishables are opened, please store them in functional coolers.

General:
> Handsink supplied with hot+cold water, liquid soap and paper towels.
> Sanitizer solution was not made at the time of inspection (1pm). It is prepared before service starts. Please ensure chlorine solution is 100-200ppm and wiping clothes remain fully submerged in solution.
> Glasswasher not in use. Facility is currently using single-use cups only.
> No perishable food stored or prepared, only serving bags of chips.
> No signs of pests at time of inspection.
> Sanitation in additional storage area satisfactory.
> FOODSAFE certificates could not be provided at time of inspection. Please provide update to district EHO once confirmed who has valid certification.

**Have sanitizer solution available in a spray bottle to verify for follow-up.
