Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper with print (not foodgrade) is being used to line containers for chopped vegetables.
Food stored in cans (opened) in refrigerators.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food contact surfaces/materials are foodgrade to protect food from potential contamination (for example, ink or other chemicals in paper, soiled paper). Ensure that the contents of cans are transferred to another foodgrade container if they are to be stored as cans may degrade and leach chemicals/metal over time (once opened).

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cardboard boxes with liners are being used to store fried meat in the walk-in cooler.
Corrective Action(s): Use only reusable, clean and sanitized foodgrade containers for the storage of food such as cooked meat or portioned/prepared items. Boxes may potentially contaminate food and are not designed to be reused for this purpose.
