Observation: Back room sandwich prep cooler not properly cold holding. Staff are aware cooler is not working properly and are currently exploring their options to either repair/replace the cooler.
Paper towels available at front hand sink but not in a dispenser.
Corrective Action(s): Until sandwich prep cooler is repaired or replaced, PHF's (Potentially hazardous foods) cannot be stored inside.
Purchase upright dispenser for the paper towels as discussed
