Observation: Facility was found to have rodents. Facility is currently serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to have facility serviced by professional pest control services. Monitor for continuing or worsening activity. To prevent pest infestation, seal all potential entry points (doors and holes), store foods in pest proof containers, remove garbage from the facility nightly.

Observation: Rodent droppings were observed in the back storage area, located behind old equipment.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas affected with rodent droppings. Spray affected areas with 1:10 bleach solution. Wearing gloves, wipe away droppings with a paper towel and discard in the garbage.

Observation: Washroom handwash station is leaking water.
Corrective Action(s): Service or repair handwash station and ensure facility is maintained in good operating condition. Back area is scheduled to be renovated in approximately one month.
