A routine inspection was completed:
- Coolers below 4C; freezers below -18C; thermometers present.
- Hand sink stocked with liquid soap paper towels, and running hot and cold water.
- Quats sanitizer in cloth buckets, spray bottles, and 3-comp sink had strength of 200ppm.
- Chemical cleaners stored away from food items, in a designated area.
- All foods stored in food grade containers; covered; labelled; date coded; foods stored in groups with proteins below or separate from RTE foods; and all foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks or platforms.
- No expired foods in use or for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- All equipment and surfaces in good working order.
- General sanitation level is good.
- Exhaust canopy and filters professionally cleaned in February 2024. Next service due in September 2024, as per sticker. Filters are removed and cleaned 2x a month by staff.
- Pizza oven catch trays and conveyor belt clean. A thorough cleaning done every month.
- Valid, FoodSafe certified staff present. |
