General sanitation is good now. New counter top cooler is available on site. Temperature of the cooler at (a didjital the Note: The operator will keep the broken cooler and repair it (the cooler is clean; turned off; & empty). All food is stored safely at the time of inspection (off the floor, in food grade containers with lids). All hand washing station supplied with liquid soap and paper towel; hot and cold running water - available. All equipment is clean. No preparation and cooling at the time of inspection. Domestic chest freezer is relocated at front (behind the service counter). The Closure Order is rescinded at the time opf inspection.
