ITEMS CORRECTED: - One portion of the hole has been sealed. - Tongs are not being stored in front handsink - EXCELLENT - Back door closed and staff are aware - EXCELLENT - 200 ppm Chlorine solution made prior to arrival of inspector and in use - EXCELLENT ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Discuss with beverage company if hole into wall where beverage lines lead to can be sealed as rat droppings are in this wall cavity and the hole should be sealed - Lack of adequately trained staff - at least one foodsafe trained staff member must be present at all times
