Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large trays were found in the handwash sink making it inaccessible for the staff to use. Staff moved the trays out of the sink during inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure that handwash sink is used for the purpose of handwashing ONLY and is accessible to staff at all times.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice cube trays were stacked in the freezer and lids were not in use. Ice cubes were in direct contact with the underneath of the top trays that could result in potential food contamination. Staff voluntarily discarded ice cubes from 4 trays.
Corrective Action(s): To prevent the risk of potential food contamination, please do not overstack food containers/trays unless a food grade lid is used to cover the food.

Observation: 1. Small gap observed near one corner of back door that could be a potential entry point for pest.
2. In back storage area, some containers and a bag of flour were left open that could attract pest into the facility.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Seal the gap/hole near the back door.
2. Use proper pest proof containers for storing dry food.

Routine inspection conducted.

- Temperature of white chest freezer at -9C
- Temperature of stainless steel freezer at -15C
- Prep cooler and stainless steel cooler at 4C
- Temperature logs were maintained and found up to date. Good.
- 200ppm bleach solution present in sanitizer pail. Good.
- Low temp mechanical dishwasher dispenses 50ppm chlorine residual.
- General sanitation of the facility has improved.
- Food stored in walk in cooler was properly covered.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1.

Improvement noted in terms of general maintenance. Please focus on the following:
- Do not overstack the containers.
