Comments

- Premises and equipment maintained in a sanitary condition with the exception of the portion of the dishwashing area noted above.
- Handsinks supplied with hot and cold running water liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers operating at acceptable temperatures (4C or colder):
- Undercounter 2 door cooler (L) 2C (R) 4C
- Display cooler 2C
- Undercounter 2 door cooler (barista counter)
- Thermometers present in coolers
- Ice machine appears clean. Scoop stored in a sanitary manner on holder inside machine.
- Dishwasher operational. 50ppm chlorine detected on dish after cycle which is adequate to sanitize dishes. Chlorine test strips present. Ensure chlorine residual is tested and recorded daily to confirm dishwasher is effectively sanitizing dishes.
* Dry dishes on a non-absorbent surface. Do not line counter with towels
- Quats surface sanitizer present. Concentration measured 200ppm
- Staff on duty have completed Foodsafe level 1.
- Pest control contract in place. Service frequency was increased temporarily to address drain fly issue.
