Routine inspection conducted. Note: Meat department was closed for renovations. Observations: - General sanitation of the facility was satisfactory. - Temperature of ice cream freezer noted at -20C. - Temperature of walk in cooler at 3C. - Temperature of 2nd cooler at 0C. - All food products were stored atleast 6 inches off the floor. - Scoops were stored outside the bulk storage bins in a sanitary manner. good. - No signs of pest activity observed. - As per staff, pest control company conducts weekly checks. - Mechanical traps were observed throughout the facility.
