Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (0ppm chlorine is achieved at the rinse cycle. Currently, detergent - rinse aid - spot off connected, but no sanitizer. )

Follow-up inspection conducted:

Ecolab came in yesterday and chlorine sanitizer was connected. All dishware/utensils were washed/sanitized through the dishwasher after that as agreed and air dried before use.


Low temperature dishwasher achieved >50ppm chlorine at the plate level after final rinse at this time.
Ensure these chemicals are checked on a regular basis and replaced/filled when necessary by kitchen staff only.
