Observation: Sizeable gap at the bottom of the back screen door. The door was kept opened at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Seal the gap with rubber seal to prevent pest entry. The screen door must be kept closed.

Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BD63ES:

- Surface sanitizer available in designated bucket and spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- Surface sanitizer bucket and spray bottle properly labeled as "sanitizer".
- Rice scoops stored in designated bins.
- Flour and rice stored in bins with tight fitting lids to prevent pest entry.
- All dry food items stored at min 15cm off the floor to prevent contamination. All dry foods must be stored on shelving units to facilitate cleaning the floors and hard to reach areas.
- An additional staff has successfully obtained a FOODSAFE certificate. Ensure to keep the certificate on site for review in future inspections.
- General sanitation has improved. The following areas have been thoroughly cleaned:
- underneath the sinks
- underneath/around the hot holding units
- behind coolers/freezers in the dry storage room
- cardboard no longer being used to support equipment on the floors
- dry storage room is free of spillages or food debris build up
- shelving units in the main kitchen has been thoroughly cleaned.
