Noted issues are done however material used for counters (sticky paper on wood) are not proper -->
* Discussed with the operator --> replace with materials that are: cleanable, non-absorbant such as S.S, tiles, laminate.
Health approval is granted subject to maintain the overall sanitation
* Ensure to obtain approvals from all other agencies.
* Cheque # 9 in the amount of $75 is received for permit fee from Oct to March 2018.
* Ensure to monitor temp of all coolers, freezer & dishwasher and keep records for such.
