Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bubble tea stirs and spoons observed to be stored in a container of standing water at room temperature. Staff informed that the stirs are used and then placed in the water. Water is changed from time to time.
Corrective Action(s): Store stirs and spoons in a clean and dry area or on ice. Do not store in standing water. Clean and sanitize the utensils prior to use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand wash station behind prep cooler is missing soap dispenser. Staff informed that the soap dispenser is broken.
Corrective Action(s): Replace missing soap dispenser to provide proper hand washing stations with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels for staff.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop handle observed to be buried in the cooler of ice in bubble tea station.
Corrective Action(s): Store ice scoop in a clean and dry area or store inside the ice with the handle upwards, not in direct contact with the ice.

Observation: The exterior of bulk bins, refrigeration units, freezer units and prep tables have food debris on the surface. Mop sink area also requires cleaning.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the above mentioned areas.
